Delete your bookt account
This page lets you permanently delete your bookt account from the web. You can also delete your account inside the bookt app: Profile → Account → Delete Account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, contact info, and avatar
- Your portfolio posts and saved content
- Your future upcoming bookings (cancelled at deletion)
- Your push notification tokens and saved devices
What is anonymized but kept
- Reviews you have written (text removed; rating retained for marketplace integrity)
- Past completed booking records (retained per Stripe's regulatory schedule)
When deletion is blocked
- You have an unpaid Stripe payout balance — resolve it first
- You have active upcoming bookings — cancel or complete them first
